Steps to make 蔬菜素炒乌冬

  • 1.菜心豆角洋葱拍完照洗好切好打开福建油面才发现问题,于是,将福建油面扔掉,重新把乌冬面与切好的蔬菜一起拍了第一张图。
  • 2.先将菜心焯熟捞起。
  • 3.再焯豆角。
  • 4.最后焯乌冬面。
  • 5.烧热锅倒入适量橄榄油,放入洋葱爆香。
  • 6.再放入豆角与菜心调入少许喜马拉雅盐,炒均匀盛起。
  • 7.锅里继续倒入少许橄榄油,放入乌冬面。
  • 8.调入适量生抽,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.最后,将焯好的蔬菜加入,放少许鸡精后继续搅拌均匀即可熄火。
