  • 饼底面团:低筋面粉180g
  • 黄油90g
  • 糖粉50g
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 杏仁焦糖:黄油50g
  • 细砂糖60g
  • 淡奶油50g
  • 蜂蜜25g
  • 麦芽糖25g
  • 杏仁片60g

Steps to make 香脆可口的——焦糖杏仁饼干

  • 1. 准备所需材料
  • 2.将面团材料中的黄油室温软化,用电动打蛋器搅拌顺滑,加入糖粉搅打至颜色发白
  • 3.加入蛋黄,充分搅拌均匀
  • 4.将低筋面粉加入黄油中,慢速搅拌至无干粉状态,拌成面团
  • 5.将拌好的面团搓成长条,放在油纸上,用擀面杖擀成与烤盘差不多大小的面皮
  • 6.在擀好的面皮上用叉子轻轻扎出小孔,防止烘烤时膨胀
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱烘烤,上火170度,下火140度,烤30分钟左右,至表面呈金黄即可
  • 8.锅中加入黄油,细砂糖,淡奶油,蜂蜜,麦芽糖,中小火加热至融化
  • 9.煮的时候要用蛋抽搅拌,使其加热时温度均匀(煮至焦糖约120度即可关火),关火后迅速加入杏仁片,翻拌均匀
  • 10.趁热把杏仁焦糖浆倒到面皮上,用抹刀摊平表面
  • 11.再放入烤箱烘烤,上火180度,下火150度,约烤10分钟即可
  • 12.放凉后表面杏仁焦糖不粘手切块即可食用
