Steps to make 黄焖羊排

  • 1.胡萝卜和土豆切成滚刀块备用。锅里加入底油,放入一勺冰糖。
  • 2.不需要等到冰糖融化,加入羊排煸炒。烹入1勺料酒去腥膻。
  • 3.羊排炒变色,外围出现焦黄色后,加入姜粉、五香粉、生抽,翻炒均匀。
  • 4.加入没过羊排的开水,大火烧开。
  • 5.撇去表面的浮沫,盖盖中小火炖制半小时。
  • 6.半小时后,如果不喜欢太油腻,可以撇去表面部分油脂。加入食盐调味后再炖制半小时。
  • 7.加入土豆和胡萝卜块,炖制20分钟。
  • 8.蔬菜炖透,收浓汤汁即可。
