  • 9.然后对折。
  • 10.然后再对折就像图中这样做成8字形状。
  • 11.依次手法做好2次醒面20分。
  • 12.所有生肧做好盖上保鲜膜醒面20分。
  • 13.油温5成热下入麻花生肧。
  • 14.不停翻动,一定不能火急火大。
  • 15.慢慢升温反复翻动。
  • 16.使其颜色受热均匀 都炸至虎皮色即可。
  • 17.炸一锅麻花大约5分左右。
  • 18.炸好之后捞出控油。
  • 19.这颜色不错吧!蓬松宣软。
  • 20.外皮酥脆,这样做得麻花油份不大,吃起来不会腻。
  • 21.这样做得麻花吃不了用保鲜袋装起来放到第2天依然很宣软。
