Steps to make 熘肝尖

  • 1.黄瓜洗净切片。
  • 2.木耳泡发撕成块。
  • 3.猪肝在水中浸泡40分钟,泡出血水,捞出,控干水分,切片。
  • 4.入沸水中焯水。
  • 5.盛出,控一下水分,再焯过水的猪肝中加入一个蛋清,少许水淀粉。
  • 6.抓匀备用。
  • 7.热锅下油,放入少许葱姜炝锅。
  • 8.再放入腌制好的猪肝翻炒至没有血丝。
  • 9.再放入黄瓜木耳,加五香粉,白酒,盐,酱油,翻炒30秒。
  • 10.淋少许水淀粉勾芡出锅即可。
