Steps to make 鲜嫩汽锅鸡

  • 1.准备绿鸟鸡一只(过水汆一下后实际只用一半的量)
  • 2.将鸡斩成小块,放入凉水中烧开后将鸡块捞出,冲洗干净,目的是去除血沫。
  • 3.将鸡块(我只用了一半的量),泡发好的猴头菇,花菇,香菇放入汽锅内,加入黄芪两片,生姜六片,料酒适量,盐适量,胡椒少许。
  • 4.加入适量的水,不可过满,在蒸的过程中会有水蒸气落入。
  • 5.准备一个稍大点的蒸锅加水后将汽锅放入蒸锅隔水蒸30-45分钟(蒸锅的水开后计时)。
  • 6.最后加点芫荽,香气四溢的汽锅鸡就OK了。鸡肉嫩滑,菌类鲜香,汤汁更是醇香滋补有营养。
