  • 1.准备好食材:如图,粉皮需提前用热水泡软。
  • 2.豆腐切三角形。
  • 3.热锅放油,下豆腐煎至两面金黄,先盛上盘中准用。
  • 4.锅中有底油放蒜末爆香。
  • 5.放黄豆芽下去炒至断生。
  • 6.加入适量的开水大火煮开。
  • 7.然后放入鱼皮角,黄豆酱,酱油大火烧开才放入煎好的豆腐,继续煮三分钟左右。
  • 8.最后放入粉皮再炖三分钟。
  • 9.好有食欲的一大锅就完成了。
  • 10.盛上康宁汤锅撒上葱花。
