肉酱焗通心粉
其实我还放了蘑菇,通心粉是斜管的,全名是不是该叫蘑菇肉酱焗斜管通心粉?哈哈,太长了哈~~虽然是山寨版本的,但是咱的味道真的不错哈~~你尝尝就知道啦~

Steps to make 肉酱焗通心粉

  • 1.准备所有材料。
  • 2.将洋葱和葱切碎,蘑菇切片焯水备用。
  • 3.锅内倒入少许油,烧热后,倒入肉馅翻炒。
  • 4.肉馅炒到变色后,倒入洋葱末和葱末继续翻炒。
  • 5.炒到洋葱变成透明色,倒入焯过水的蘑菇。
  • 6.再加入黑胡椒粉即可。
  • 7.小锅加水烧开,倒入斜管面。
  • 8.加入适当盐,煮熟。
  • 9.煮好的面捞出来,直接放入肉酱中,拌匀装盘。
  • 10.撒上一层马苏里拉奶酪。
  • 11.送入烤箱,180度10分钟即可。
