香肠面包
不爱火腿肠,对于香肠面包一直都比较纠结,总想寻找火腿肠的替代品。其实,也想到一个替代方案,但那就不是甜咸口的面包,而只能是甜面包。思来想去,好像还只能是火腿肠。
这东西不常有,就买一两支呗。然而,超市里的单支火腿肠都太粗大,小根儿的却只论包卖,10支/包,未免太多。最后在零售小铺买到了单支,好像小点儿,30克/支。那倒无所谓。
火腿肠面包,并不复杂。虽然火腿肠有点细,看起来也还不错。然而,只为着盛汤,就让它上色略略深了些,应该要浅浅的金黄色才好看。。。。。

  • 鸡蛋28克
  • 牛奶35克
  • 1/2克
  • 12克
  • 干酵母1.5克
  • 黄油12克
  • 火腿肠2根
  • 蛋液少许

Steps to make 香肠面包

  • 1.面团料:高筋粉100克,鸡蛋28克,牛奶35克,盐1/2克,糖25克,干酵母1.5克,黄油12克,配料:火腿肠2根,蛋液少许
  • 2.将鸡蛋,牛奶,糖,盐倒入面包桶
  • 3.加入面粉,倒入酵母
  • 4.放入面包桶,启动和面程序
  • 5.面团搅拌均匀,加入黄油,再次启动和面程序
  • 6.搅拌至能拉出薄膜
  • 7.放入碗中,进行基础发酵
  • 8.面团长大
  • 9.排气,分割成3等分,滚圆,松弛10分钟
  • 10.擀成椭圆形
  • 11.在中间放一根火腿肠
  • 12.将两边捏紧
  • 13.翻面,收口向下,将面团剪成均匀的10段,底部不剪断
  • 14.一左一右将火腿肠扭开
  • 15.放入烤盘中,最后发酵
  • 16.面团长大
  • 17.表面刷蛋液
  • 18.放入烤箱,中层,上下火170度,烤约10分钟左右
  • 19.表面金黄,出炉
