红烧鸡爪

Steps to make 红烧鸡爪

  • 1.准备好食材,鸡爪清洗干净放入密实袋,加入2勺料酒、4片姜片腌渍少许去腥。
  • 2.准备一锅清水,煮沸。
  • 3.水沸后下鸡爪。
  • 4.再次沸腾后关火。
  • 5.流水冲洗干净后沥干水分。
  • 6.起锅热油,下蒜末、姜片、花椒炸香。
  • 7.倒入鸡爪,简单炒匀。
  • 8.倒入生抽,轻轻炒匀。
  • 9.倒入纯净水,刚刚没过鸡爪即可。
  • 10.加入一勺豆瓣酱、一勺豆瓣酱、2勺蚝油。
  • 11.接着加入香叶、桂皮、香菜末、冰糖,大火煮沸。
  • 12.转中小火,炖煮30分钟左右。
  • 13.打开盖子,大火收汁。
  • 14.装盘,撒点白芝麻就可以上桌了。
