清蒸红鲷鱼
我家喜欢吃鱼,清蒸的比较多。

  • 生抽 4大匙
  • 味淋 1大匙
  • 油 2大匙
  • 盐 1茶匙
  • 料酒 2茶匙

Steps to make 清蒸红鲷鱼

  • 1.把鱼清洗干净,用盐和料酒腌20分钟,然后冲洗一下。
  • 2.姜切丝,葱切段,把葱白铺在碟底。(鱼太大了,我分2碟蒸了。)
  • 3.把鱼放在葱白上面,然后再放上葱和姜丝。
  • 4.水烧开后,上锅蒸8分钟,关火虚蒸2分钟。(大的那条我蒸了10分钟。)
  • 5.把蒸鱼出的汁倒掉。
  • 6.另起油锅,把姜丝爆香。
  • 7.倒入生抽,味淋和糖煮开后关火,放入葱段拌匀。
  • 8.把酱油淋在鱼身上即可。
