豆沙面包(面包机版)
用面包机制作的、手工辅助整形的豆沙面包,
有着大理石的花纹,很有诱惑力。

  • 细砂糖40g
  • 酵母5g
  • 奶粉14g
  • 鸡蛋一个

Steps to make 豆沙面包(面包机版)

  • 1.面包机桶中加入除黄油外的全部材料,用筷子搅拌一下,免得搅拌时,面粉到处飞;
  • 2.启动一个和面程序15分钟,能拉出较厚的膜;
  • 3.停止后稍停一会,加入黄油,再次启动一个和面程序15分钟;
  • 4.总共和面程序运行40分钟,面团拉出薄膜,
  • 5.收圆,继续放回面包机桶中发酵,此时断电;
  • 6.豆沙馅从冰箱拿出回温,借助包装袋压扁成片,待用;
  • 7.一个半小时后,面团发酵到位,
  • 8.倒出面团,按压、排气,再次收圆,盖保鲜膜醒发15分钟;
  • 9.醒发后的面团幹开成大片,
  • 10.中间放上豆沙馅,
  • 11.三折叠起,收口处捏紧,幹开,
  • 12.二次三折幹开,最后一次醒发10分钟;
  • 13.醒发后的面团用刀分割成均等的三份,
  • 14.编成辫子,
  • 15.再放回面包机桶中;
  • 16.二发到位,取出面包机桶,表面刷点蛋液;
  • 17.接通电源,设定烘烤45分钟,2分钟后放进面包机桶,盖盖子,等机器鸣叫,拿出内桶,倒出放凉即可;
