Steps to make 全麦土司

  • 1.全麦,酵母粉,高筋面粉,加水揉成团
  • 2.发酵60分钟
  • 3.发酵好的面团再加入主面团的料,除了奶油和葡萄干以外
  • 4.揉成团后,再加入奶油、葡萄干揉成出筋,成薄片
  • 5.再发酵30分钟
  • 6.分成3份滚圆,松弛15分钟
  • 7.擀椭圆形
  • 8.卷起来
  • 9.排入土司模里,发酵到9分满
  • 10.上火170度,下火190度,烤35分钟
