    Steps to make 牛肉菌菇汤

    • 1.备好食材:牛肉适量洗净切成薄片,装入碗内,加入少许盐,胡椒粉,生抽,花生油及适量木薯粉搅拌均匀腌制十分钟备用。
    • 2.平菇洗净,撕成小块备用。
    • 3.姜切成丝,葱白切成末。
    • 4.热锅倒入少许花生油,下姜丝葱白煸香。
    • 5.加入适量热水,下平菇先煮十分钟。
    • 6.再下入腌好的牛肉大火煮十分钟。
    • 7.待牛肉煮至变色时,加入适量盐,及少许胡椒粉调味即可。
    • 8.出锅盛入碗中,成品。
