自制美味,干净的酸奶
美食背后的故事:酸奶是以新鲜的牛奶为原料,经过巴氏杀菌后再向牛奶中添加有益菌(发酵剂),经发酵后,再冷却灌装的一种牛奶制品。
自己做酸奶,干净,卫生,喝的时候比较方便,招待朋友也非常有面子,今天就和大家一起分享酸奶的做法,其实非常简单,用面包机,酸奶机都可以,今天我用的是烤箱做的酸奶,发酵的非常好,超级好喝哦。

Steps to make 自制美味,干净的酸奶

  • 1.200毫升的瓶子8个及盖子,洗净之后,用开水烫一遍,晾干后待用
  • 2.准备牛奶和引子【引子:每次做完酸奶后,留出260克做引子;也可以用酸奶发酵剂】
  • 3.用一袋牛奶(240毫升),少量多次地加入酸奶引子中,充分搅拌均匀【我没有放糖,是因为在喝的时候,喜欢放入很多蜂蜜及水果,口感会更好;大家如果喜欢放糖,这步就可以按照自己的口味放入适量的糖,一起和牛奶搅拌均匀】
  • 4.4袋牛奶和酸奶引子全部搅拌均匀后
  • 5.分装到8个已经准备好的小瓶中,每个7分满就可以,喝的时候上面还可以放入自己喜欢的水果及蜂蜜
  • 6.最后,放入烤箱第二层38度3小时,3小时后,不要马上拿出来,40分钟后再取出【因为我用的烤箱,发酵温度为38度,实际烤箱温度已经达到50度了,所以只用3小时左右就可以了,如果是用酸奶机,温度也要6-8小时,所以,还是根据自家用的容器,进行调节】
  • 7.还可以用搅拌机把奥利奥饼干打碎
  • 8.打成有颗粒感的饼干屑
  • 9.均匀地撒入酸奶上面
  • 10.再插上一只鲜薄荷,一盆可爱的盆栽酸奶就可以吃了哦。
