Steps to make 桂花肉

  • 1.猪梅花肉泡清血水后切成片状洗净后沥干水分
  • 2.准备生姜片,盐,生粉和料酒
  • 3.把调料倒入猪肉中拌匀后腌制2小时
  • 4.把鸡蛋嗑入碗中搅匀,准备酥香炸粉和酸甜辣酱
  • 5.之后先把猪肉捞起浸入蛋液里捞起再裹上酥香炸粉后抖掉多余的粉
  • 6.热锅倒油
  • 7.温油逐个下入
  • 8.煎炸至微黄捞起
  • 9.等油温升高后再入锅炸至金黄色捞起控油
  • 10.装入盆中淋上酸甜辣酱即可享用
