  • 6.放上蒸格,将梭子蟹放在上面盖上盖子蒸10-12分钟。
  • 7.蒸好后的梭子蟹的汤汁全部浸在冬瓜里。
  • 8.碗内研磨一些姜末。
  • 9.倒入3勺清香米醋。
  • 10.倒入1勺轻盐酱油。
  • 11.搅拌均匀,酱醋汁就做好了。
  • 12.将梭子蟹切开放在盘中,搭配姜醋汁完美。
