Steps to make 田园芝士焗饭

  • 1.首先将准备的配料处理一下,青豆粒和玉米粒都绰水备用,洋葱切粒备用,猪眉子肉很嫩,切丝后加入适量的食盐、料酒和淀粉腌制后过油炒一下备用。
  • 2.将油锅倒入少量色拉油烧至七八成热。
  • 3.倒入洋葱粒煸炒出香味。
  • 4.加入青豆粒和玉米粒继续煸炒。
  • 5.喜欢吃重味的可以再加少量食盐调味。
  • 6.最后倒入肉丝迅速煸炒一下。
  • 7.将炒好的配料装盘备用。
  • 8.取一碗剩米饭,将米粒捏散,不要有饭团,否则会影响口感,这里一定要用剩米饭,新鲜的饭粒太粘影响口感。
  • 9.将炒好的配料倒入剩米饭中搅拌均匀。
  • 10.取一可以放进烤箱加热的双耳烤盘,将一半米饭均匀铺在盘子底部,用手按压紧实点。
  • 11.取适量的马苏里拉奶酪丝撒在米饭上,喜欢吃奶酪丝的可以根据个人喜好多放点,这样拉的丝也较多较长。
  • 12.将剩余的剩米饭再均匀的铺在奶酪丝上压平。
  • 13.最后再撒上一层马苏里拉奶酪丝。
  • 14.将烤盘放在烤网上,选择烤箱中间层,温度为185度,时间为15-20分钟(各家烤箱品牌不同,米饭多少也有差异,请自行调整温度和时间),看到表面奶酪丝融化而且呈焦黄色即可出炉。
  • 15.出炉的焗饭要趁热食用,这样奶酪丝口感才会更好!
