  • 1.把苜蓿洗净。
  • 2.锅烧开水,放苜蓿焯水。
  • 3.煮开锅几十秒。
  • 4.过冷水。
  • 5.大蒜处理干净。
  • 6.切末。
  • 7.取煮过的羊蝎子,把大部分揉洗净给老母亲做菜了,剩下肉骨头我把能撕下来的肉都取下来。
  • 8.苜蓿撰干水分切一下。
  • 9.所有食材放一起,放食盐。
  • 10.放味精。
  • 11.放高汤和香油。
  • 12.拌匀。
  • 13.成品。
