韩式排骨土豆汤

Steps to make 韩式排骨土豆汤

  • 1.排骨洗净;
  • 2.冷水入锅,待水开后煮出沫,用温水洗净;
  • 3.锅洗净,换清水,开始大火炖排骨,放葱段+姜片+大料,待开锅后调中火,炖40分钟;
  • 4.炖排骨期间准备其它菜,土豆洗净去皮,切成大块,鹅蛋大的土豆的话可以整个炖;
  • 5.发酵好的辣白菜撕成细条切段;
  • 6.中火炖四40分钟排骨,熬出白汤了;
  • 7.下土豆;
  • 8.把葱段和大料捡出来,放辣白菜;
  • 9.放一勺辣酱,用汤勺和小勺合作用湯把辣酱稀释一下再放;
  • 10.炖20分钟,土豆熟了去辣白菜味儿也煮出来了;
  • 11.切葱末;
  • 12.葱末撒在汤里,提鲜;
  • 13.盛到汤碗里;
  • 14.香喷喷哒……

  • 16.好面的土豆!
