早餐油条
油条是我国传统小吃之一,延至至今依然盛行。家庭自制油条颜色金黄,口感酥脆、满口留香。

Steps to make 早餐油条

  • 1.我是昨晚上和的面,今早起来取出面团(不需要再揉面),将面擀成长条状,再指成均匀的小条状。
  • 2.每隔一条中间沾上水线,与另一条未打水的面重叠在一起,用筷子在中间压线即可。
  • 3.我炸油条都是一次性用油,所以锅中油放的不是太多,所以把油条改刀成小油条了(便于炸得开)。
  • 4.锅中将油烧至6层热左右,将小油条下锅,因将大油条剂切成小油条(所以有一侧就炸开口了,下次可以先切成小油条再抹水就好了)。
  • 5.随时翻动,直至炸至颜色金黄捞出。
  • 6.炸了一盆(形状不足太好看),口感好香!
  • 7.这是黑豆豆粉,加入温开水先搅拌无颗粒,再倒入开水搅拌会很细腻,喜欢放糖可放入适量的糖,(因我不喜欢放糖)。
  • 8.刚刚炸好的油条,皮脆香酥,配一杯黑豆豆浆,简单早餐却一饱口福。
