今天是我的生日,趁着娃上学我可以轻松一下,没时间做蛋糕,煎块托斯卡纳牛排享用享用,好吃的差点把舌头给吞掉,哈哈!

  • 黑胡椒牛排酱10g
  • 橄榄油40g

  • 1.牛排解冻后洗净放在砧板上,用刀背把牛排肉拍松;
  • 2.碗中放入牛排调料和少许水调匀成稀糊状;
  • 3.放进牛排,用手抓匀后包上保鲜膜放入冰箱腌制2小时以上,时间够充裕可以腌制一晚上;
  • 4.腌制好的牛排用厨房纸吸干水分;
  • 5.倒适量橄榄油在锅里,发现了没,我用的是电饼铛,嘿嘿;
  • 6.将牛排放进去,一面煎熟换一面煎;
  • 7.煎好的牛排放入盘中,淋上适量黑胡椒牛排酱即可;
