生菜包肉
之前在泰式料理里吃过一次,感觉很不错,清新的生菜配上微微咸口的肉菜,很新奇的感觉呢,喜欢吃辣的还可以放些泰式酸辣酱,炒成辣的,口感更好哦,

Steps to make 生菜包肉

  • 1.把辣椒洗净,蒂去掉,
  • 2.沿着曲线划一刀,把芯取出,洗净,切成小块,
  • 3.青椒按同样的方式切块,黄瓜切丁,
  • 4.肉切成小丁,
  • 5.牛心菜洗净,(如果买不到牛心菜,可以用其他可以生吃的包包菜来代替,再不济生菜也是可以的(/ □ ))
  • 6.热锅下油,把肉丁翻炒至变色,
  • 7.下红椒、青椒和黄瓜丁一起翻炒,放适量盐,(盐可以稍微多放一点点)
  • 8.炒熟后加些许黑胡椒碎,翻拌均匀即可,
