Steps to make 蜜豆花包

  • 1.把所有的材料放入面包筒里,除黄油外,设制和面20分
  • 2.和面20分钟后加入黄油继续和面20分钟
  • 3.和好面可拉出薄
  • 4.整形后放入面包机发酵1小时
  • 5.发酵至2到2.5倍
  • 6.排出空气分5小团醒15分钟
  • 7.取一面团放入蜜豆
  • 8.收口揉成圆团把圆团压扁用剪刀剪6下
  • 9.做好的花包放入烤盘里进行第二次发酵,原本是5个,烤盘只能放4个
  • 10.发酵至2倍涂上鸡蛋液和蓝莓酱,烤箱180度预热5分钟,放入面包烤25分钟
  • 11.25分钟出烤箱放凉
