  • 色拉油32g
  • 白砂糖45g
  • 低筋面粉56g
  • 粟粉20g
  • 可可粉8g
  • 蛋黄3个
  • 蛋白霜:蛋清3个
  • 柠檬汁6滴
  • 慕斯材料:牛奶100g
  • 提拉米苏粉30g
  • 奶油150g
  • 吉利丁片2片
  • 君度酒5g

Steps to make 充满爱意的甜品——提拉米苏

  • 1.蛋糕材料
  • 2.慕斯材料
  • 3.先来制作蛋糕部分:低筋面粉、粟粉、可可粉混合过筛备用
  • 4. 水+油+白糖混合一起搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入过筛的粉类,搅拌成面糊
  • 6.再加入蛋黄搅拌均匀
  • 7.蛋清加入白糖,柠檬汁用电动打蛋器,打发至湿性发泡,拉出有弯弯尖角即可
  • 8.将一半的蛋白霜与面糊混合拌均匀
  • 9.再将拌好的面糊加入另一半蛋白霜中拌均匀即可
  • 10.6寸方形模底部用锡纸包好,将拌好的面糊倒入模具中
  • 11.放入预热好的烤箱烘烤,上火150度,下火120度,烤35分钟
  • 12.烤好的蛋糕自然放凉,蛋糕凉后切成三片待用
  • 13.把牛奶加热再加入吉利丁片融化
  • 14.提拉米苏粉加入牛奶中搅均匀,再加入君度酒拌均匀,待凉
  • 15.牛奶凉了之后,加入已打发的奶油,搅拌均匀,拌成提拉米苏慕斯糊
  • 16.把切好的一片蛋糕放入方形模,倒入三分之一慕斯糊用刮刀抹平,再放一片蛋糕片,再加入慕斯糊抹平(共三层)
  • 17.做好的提拉米苏放冰箱冷藏1~3小时,冻好的慕斯面上筛上可可粉,然后切片,用草莓装饰即可
  • 18.撒可可粉
  • 19.脱模可以借助热毛巾来帮助,或者是用火枪
