咖啡味圣诞cupcake
日子过的真快,又到圣诞节了。朋友寄来咖啡和台历,才惊觉这一年,匆匆而过。不停的忙了一年,都顾不上好好享受一下生活。趁着过节,好好放松一下。格兰特咖啡,味道纯正,我的最爱,多谢老友挂念。
这次的cupcake加入了一丢丢的咖啡,真是香到醉人。不但综合了蛋糕的甜腻,更是提升风味的最佳办法。咖啡的用量你酌情调整,我喜欢有咖啡味就刚刚好的这种,搭配一杯纯咖啡一起享用,舒坦极了,咖啡控绝对不能错过哦。

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 细砂糖60g
  • 低筋粉50g
  • 黄油20g
  • 牛奶20g
  • 咖啡粉1勺
  • 淡奶油200ml
  • 糖粉20g(淡奶油用)
  • 草莓6个

Steps to make 咖啡味圣诞cupcake

  • 1.准备所需食材。
  • 2.准备模具,放好油纸托,烤箱预热165度。
  • 3.将蛋清与蛋黄分离,准备分3次加入细砂糖。
  • 4.蛋清用电动打蛋器搅打数下,鱼眼泡时,加入1/3量细砂糖。
  • 5.继续搅打,蛋清泡沫细腻时,再加入1/3量细砂糖。
  • 6.搅打至湿性发泡时,加入剩余细砂糖。
  • 7.将蛋清继续搅打至干性发泡。
  • 8.加入蛋黄。
  • 9.继续搅打至蛋黄与蛋白混合。
  • 10.筛入低筋粉和咖啡粉。
  • 11.将蛋白用刮刀搅拌至无干粉。
  • 12.将黄油加牛奶隔水融化的混合液体,与11混合均匀,即为蛋糕糊。
  • 13.可利用裱花袋挤入模具。
  • 14.放入烤箱中层,165度,25-30分钟。
  • 15.烤好的cupcake晾凉。
  • 16.将淡奶油加糖粉打发,装饰草莓成圣诞老人的模样即可。
