非常好吃的一道菜,以前都是去饭店吃,试着在家做了一下,味道很不错,做法也比较简单。

  • 豆腐皮3张
  • 大葱1棵
  • 黄瓜1根
  • 甜面酱2勺

Steps to make 京酱肉丝

  • 1.豆腐皮洗净切块放入锅中蒸10分钟。
  • 2.里脊肉切成丝。
  • 3.肉丝加入酱油,料酒,淀粉拌匀腌制20分钟。
  • 4.葱切细丝。
  • 5.黄瓜洗净切丝。
  • 6.将甜面酱放入碗中,加入白糖,香油拌匀,
  • 7.锅中油热加入肉丝煸炒至白色盛出备用。
  • 8.锅中留少许底油,放入姜末炒香,加入面酱小火炒一炒。
  • 9.加入肉丝翻炒,使肉丝都均匀的沾上酱即可取出装盘,用豆腐片卷着吃。
