  • 7.锅中倒入底油加热放花椒、八角炸香再放入葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 8.放入糖、一品鲜酱油、蚝油、郫县豆瓣酱炒出红油。
  • 9.放入鸡爪翻炒均匀使每个鸡爪裹上料汁。
  • 10.添加适量清水大火炖起来。
  • 11.炖制汤汁浓稠时放入盐、味精提鲜即可出锅享用。
