土豆泥烩螃蟹

Steps to make 土豆泥烩螃蟹

  • 1.螃蟹用小刷子刷洗干净
  • 2.把螃蟹的大盖子掀开,为了防止蟹钳夹到手,等把它的盖在掀开后再松绑吧!
  • 3.把蟹脚上的尖剁掉,蟹肉切块
  • 4.蟹钳用刀拍一下,方便煮的时候入味
  • 5.两个土豆切块,煮熟,放凉后用手捏一下即可,不用捣的太烂。
  • 6.蟹肉粘些淀粉
  • 7.沾上淀粉的蟹肉放锅里炸2分钟
  • 8.热锅冷油炸姜末
  • 9.先把蟹钳和盖子炒一下
  • 10.然后下入蟹肉翻炒片刻
  • 11.加入滚开的水或是适量高汤烧开,再加入土豆泥和盐,煮6-8分钟。
  • 12.加入水淀粉,出锅后加韭菜段,韭菜要出锅后再放,让食物的余温来烹出韭菜的香味即可。
