  • 1.准备好材料 地瓜洗净
  • 2.地瓜去皮 切成滚刀块
  • 3.加少许玉米淀粉 抓匀
  • 4.锅里放油烧至5层热 倒入地瓜
  • 5. 小火炸熟
  • 6. 炸至金黄色捞出 沥干油份 备用
  • 7.干锅加入50ml清水
  • 8.加入糖 小火开炒 糖慢慢融化
  • 9.刚开始炒 会形成小泡泡 要不停的翻炒
  • 10.小泡泡变的越来越密 很黏稠
  • 11.继续熬至糖色变深
  • 12.迅速将炸好的地瓜倒入锅中 让地瓜均匀的裹满糖汁 装盘
