芝麻苏打饼干

Steps to make 芝麻苏打饼干

  • 1.量取所有分类材料放在盆中。
  • 2.加入牛奶和黄油,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入白芝麻搅拌均匀。
  • 4.揉成光滑不粘手的面团,盖保鲜膜松弛20分钟。
  • 5.撒干粉防粘,将面团擀成薄厚均匀的面片,厚度2-3毫米。
  • 6.用尺子量好尺寸,用利刀将面皮平均分。
  • 7.分成宽窄均匀的长条形。
  • 8.再将每一条面片分割成大小均匀的长方形面片,摆在铺好油纸的烤盘上、空开距离。
  • 9.松弛十分钟,用叉子将每一片饼干扎小孔。送入预热170度的烤箱上层,上下火烤15分钟左右。
  • 10.烤好的饼干放凉后,密封保存。
