Steps to make 榴蓮冰淇淋

  • 1.榴蓮500克
  • 2.去核后用勺子將肉压成泥
  • 3.准备蛋黄、砂糖、牛奶
  • 4.蛋黃調散加牛奶和砂糖,倒入鍋內小火加熱並不斷攪拌
  • 5.直至變成濃稠的蛋奶糊
  • 6.淡奶油置容器內用打蛋器打發至七成左右
  • 7.倒入蛋奶糊
  • 8.倒入榴蓮泥
  • 9.再攪拌均勻即成榴蓮冰淇淋糊
  • 10.用保鮮膜覆蓋好,放冰箱冷凍室冷凍至冰淇淋糊半凝固,再次取出用打蛋器攪拌,完畢放冰箱冷凍室冷凍,重復此步驟三次。把冰淇淋倒入保鮮盒密封好,放冰箱冷凍四小時左右直至完全凝固即可。
