拉花蛋糕

Steps to make 拉花蛋糕

  • 1.蛋白与蛋黄分离,分别装在干净无水无油的盆里。
  • 2.蛋白加入糖打发至出现小弯钩。
  • 3.蛋黄用电动打蛋器打发至发白。
  • 4.取1/3蛋白加入蛋黄中搅拌均匀。
  • 5.水加入玉米油,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入蛋黄糊中,拌匀。
  • 7.将剩余蛋白倒入蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀。
  • 8.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 9.翻拌均匀至无颗粒状。
  • 10.六连模抹上黄油,防粘。
  • 11.取一小勺蛋糕糊,用牙签沾适量粉色色素,把面糊搅拌均匀,装在裱花袋里。
  • 12.将本色蛋糕面糊倒入蛋糕模里。
  • 13.把粉色蛋糕糊挤在上面,再用牙签画出喜欢的图案。
  • 14.烤箱预热,上下火,175度,中层,烤20分钟左右。
  • 15.出炉晾凉脱模。
