包子是我国大众小吃之一,其馅料不同、形状不同,做法各异。做一款酸菜馅发面包子,馅料鲜香,面皮洁白且柔软。

Steps to make 酸菜馅包子

  • 1.取面粉适量和成软硬适度的面团,反复揉至光滑、盖上盖子放至温暖处发酵。
  • 2.发酵好的面团取出至案板上揉匀。
  • 3.酸菜是自己腌制的,加入各种调料、因家中没有大葱了,我放了元葱切碎将馅料拌至均匀。
  • 4.均匀的面剂揉匀成圆。
  • 5.将包子逐个包入馅料捏褶成包子状。
  • 6.将包子坯放入蒸锅中进行二次饧发(已饧发好的包子)将锅中水烧开后蒸15分钟(停火后3分钟再掀盖子)蒸了两锅。
  • 7.包子取出装盘,馅料鲜香、面皮柔软。
  • 8.包子各个暄软好吃。
