Steps to make 法式芥辣焗贻贝

  • 1.芝麻炒到半熟备用。
  • 2.2.清理贻贝表面,下锅煮到开口去除足丝,个人是在买鲜买的袋装熟冻的不用清洗也不用煮,自然解冻就可以。
  • 3.3.调汁,需三大勺芥末籽酱、两勺炼乳、芥辣一大勺(看个人口味)、迷迭香末少许。
  • 4.将酱汁搅拌均匀。
  • 5.将调好的酱汁在开口的贻贝上抹匀,将之前炒制的芝麻撒在上边。
  • 6.放入烤箱中层220度上下火烘烤5-8分钟即可。
