火锅鸡
冬天是吃火锅的好季节,外面满大街的火锅店热都是慢慢的,玻璃上全是雾气腾腾的。让人看着就暖和。
胖子制作了一款火锅鸡,主料是鸡肉,经过腌制后的鸡肉,入锅中加各种调料炒制,再转入砂锅煲熟,吃时先吃鸡肉,再和汤,最后涮食各种蔬菜、粉丝、肉食等,味香浓郁,回味无比。

  • 美极鲜15ml
  • 酱油10ml
  • 胡椒粉1g
  • 五香粉2g
  • 干辣椒5g
  • 花生油25ml

Steps to make 火锅鸡

  • 1.毛肚洗净切片备用。
  • 2.海带洗净盛盘备用。
  • 3.粉丝盛盘。
  • 4.鸡腿菇洗净切开盛盘。
  • 5.八带洗净切块盛盘。
  • 6.白菜叶洗净盛盘。
  • 7.鸡腿切块。
  • 8.放入碗中加葱段、姜片、胡椒粉、五香粉、美极鲜,酱油拌匀腌制30分钟。
  • 9.再另准备些葱段、姜片和蒜瓣。
  • 10.热锅下油,放入蒜瓣煸香。
  • 11.加入腌制好的鸡块翻炒出鸡油。
  • 12.再加入葱段姜片炒香。
  • 13.加适量清水烧开。
  • 14.转入砂锅中。
  • 15.盖盖转小火煲30分钟。
  • 16.吃时将砂锅放在电炉上,先吃鸡肉,再涮别的涮料即可。
