在河南,腊八粥又称“大家饭”,是纪念民族英雄岳飞的一种节日食俗。
另一传说上古五帝之一的颛顼氏,三个儿子死后变成恶鬼,专门出来惊吓孩子。古代人们普遍相信迷信,害怕鬼神,大人认为小孩中风得病、身体不好都是 腊八节由于疫鬼作祟。这些恶鬼天不怕地不怕,单怕赤(红)豆,故有“赤豆打鬼”的说法。所以,在腊月初八这一天以红小豆、赤小豆熬粥,以祛疫迎祥。
腊八粥的食材,因各地物产而有不同。现在的腊八粥的配料是依个人口味而定的,可加糖或者加盐。国人钟情腊八粥,食俗之外,更是养生佳品。简单的一款腊八粥却包含了和胃、补脾、养心、清肺、益肾、利肝、明目、安神、通便等作用,可谓是面面俱到,同时丰富的营养给为人体增强免疫力,提高耐寒指数。

  • 1.准备所有食材。红小豆、芡实、百合要提前泡
  • 2.红枣去核,再备点儿葡萄干

  • 5.依次放入各种米。这时就可以把所有东西放入其他锅具按程序键完成煮粥。
