维也纳曲奇饼干
这款饼干去年已经做过一次,但不知道是什么原因,做出来的味道不太喜欢,今年在朋友的建议下再做一次,味道却有很大的区别,口感也特好。

Steps to make 维也纳曲奇饼干

  • 1.所有准备材料
  • 2.黄油软化后倒入糖粉和盐
  • 3.用打蛋器打到颜色浅白
  • 4.分三次加入蛋清
  • 5.打至体积膨大
  • 6.可可粉倒入低筋面粉里拌匀
  • 7.过筛到黄油里用刮刀拌匀
  • 8.将面糊装入裱花袋
  • 9.烤盘里放入油纸
  • 10.挤出自己喜欢的花纹
  • 11.180度提前预热烤箱,上下火中层,放进烤盘中层烤15分钟即可
