Steps to make 寿司甜品

  • 1.制作可丽饼皮在三个鸡蛋中加入40g白砂糖、少许盐后将鸡蛋打散。
  • 2.在蛋液中依次加入280g牛奶、淡奶油20g、橄榄油20g搅拌均匀,分次筛入低筋面粉120g,搅拌均匀后将面糊放冰箱冷藏30分钟。
  • 3.当Swiss Diamond瑞仕钻锅烧热后,舀入一到两勺面糊,转一下使面糊均匀平铺,可丽饼皮成型后即可取出备用。
  • 4.制作米布丁将半碗剩饭加入200ml的牛奶中,大火加热至牛奶冒泡后转小火。
  • 5.加入三分之一小勺盐、一勺糖、一滴香草精,继续加热10分钟直至牛奶粘稠,米粒依然完整,然后放入冰箱冷藏一小时。
  • 6.将水果切成一厘米见方的小块。
  • 7.将可丽饼皮铺在卷帘上,均匀抹上米布丁,撒上水果丁。
  • 8.用寿司卷帘将可丽饼皮卷起,边卷边收紧。
  • 9.将寿司卷用保鲜膜包起来冷藏30分钟,然后取出切成小块即可摆盘享用。
