  • 1.樱花泡开,多换几次水
  • 2.称好开水和白凉粉
  • 3.开水冲入白凉粉里,迅速搅拌均匀
  • 4.装入模具,放凉
  • 5.红糖加水煮沸,熬制浓稠,不要太浓,凉了之后会变更浓
  • 6.轻轻一按就可以脱模,然后沾糖浆和黄豆粉食用
