    Steps to make 低调的妩媚——胭脂萝卜

    • 1.红萝卜初步处理。
    • 2.清洗,保留部分外皮。
    • 3.将萝卜切成丁。
    • 4.生姜切丝,为方便吃的时候挑出来,切得比较粗。
    • 5.姜丝和萝卜丁放在盆里,加适量盐。
    • 6.翻拌均匀,静置。
    • 7.等萝卜出水,就可以装备装瓶了。
    • 8.取无水无油的干净瓶子,用大勺捞出萝卜(沥去水分)装进瓶子里,放一层萝卜加一层白糖。
    • 9.瓶子装满倒上白醋,没住萝卜即可。
    • 10.盖上保鲜袋。
    • 11.盖上盖子,静等美食完成。
    • 12.过一天就可以了,萝卜皮褪色,每粒萝卜丁都像染上了胭脂一样,咬一口,松脆酸爽,甜津津的。
