打开了一盒淡奶油,想着法子要把它用完,看到@雅雅做的这个淡奶油软欧包不错,而且是采取的一次发酵法烤的软欧,正和我意,了解我的朋友都知道做面包喜欢采取静置加一次发酵烤面包,也许是自己太懒,做啥事喜欢找简单的方法实施。这个方子实在不错,我连续做了三次,喜欢的朋友不要错过了,做起来!

  • 淡奶油80克
  • 140克(原方145克)
  • 2克
  • 15克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 酵母3克

Steps to make 淡奶油软欧包

  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.所有原料,先液体后固体放入面包桶里面。
  • 3.选择一个和面程序,在加半个和面程序一共30分种的样子。
  • 4.揉到扩展阶段即可,不需要到完全阶段。
  • 5.把面团平均分成6份,每个83克左右。
  • 6.把六个面团滚圆,盖保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 7.取一个松弛好的面团擀成圆形。
  • 8.像包糖三角一样,把收口捏紧。
  • 9.依次把六个面团都整形好,排入铺了锡纸的烤盘中,放入烤箱发酵,烤箱中放一碗热水增加湿度。
  • 10.发酵到1.5倍大取出,烤箱预热180度 5分钟。
  • 11.发酵好的面包坯上筛面包粉。
  • 12.用刀片割出自己喜欢的花型。
  • 13.放入预热好的烤箱中层,180度25分钟左右(根据自家的烤箱设定温度和烘烤时间)。
