  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.牛肉切薄片用生抽,盐,料酒,腌制下
  • 3.白萝卜切丝
  • 4.配料切好备用
  • 5.放适量的油,等油热到7成时放腌制好的牛肉大火炒等牛肉颜色变了就马上出锅(手要快)
  • 6.用碗装着
  • 7.另外放油,油热5成时就放辣椒用小火炒
  • 8.放白萝卜翻炒用锅盖盖起1分钟再翻炒再盖1分钟(中火)
  • 9.2分钟后倒入牛肉翻炒
  • 10.这时就可以放生姜,葱头,橘子皮,翻炒
  • 11.放些适量的盐,加少许清水翻炒,用锅盖盖起煮2分钟(大火煮)
  • 12.出锅前放些葱花,香油。
  • 13.萝卜牛肉就做好了!
