  • 黄瓜一根
  • 木耳50克
  • 葱姜少许
  • 豆瓣酱15克

Steps to make 酱爆腰花

  • 1.猪腰去除骚腺。
  • 2.给猪腰打花刀。
  • 3.。。。。。
  • 4.切成条。
  • 5.切好的腰花放入盘中,加料酒,少许五香粉腌制10分钟。
  • 6.再入热水中焯一下。
  • 7.盛出控干水分备用。
  • 8.黄瓜洗净切成菱形片。
  • 9.木耳泡发洗净,撕成小块备用。
  • 10.热锅下油,先放葱姜炝锅,再放入焯好的腰花大火爆炒。
  • 11.再分别加入木耳、黄瓜继续爆炒。
  • 12.黄瓜。。。。。
  • 13.最后放入两勺豆瓣酱翻炒20秒出锅即可。
