  • 1.买了鲜笋来配腊肉
  • 2.今天买的笋很瓷实也很嫩。就是现在买笋比较贵的
  • 3.把笋剥去外衣,纵向切片,然后谈盐水煮8分钟左右
  • 4.今天用的王家五腊肉
  • 5.凉水入锅,水开后煮5分钟左右,这样即可以轻松洗净表面,也使得腊肉切起来很容易,而且还可以去除部分油脂,吃起来更健康
  • 6.煮好的腊肉切2毫米的片。切开的肉片可以看出,很赞的五花三层的肉
  • 7.因腊肉都比较咸,切好的片再用开水浸泡半小时左右,这样炒出来的肉就不会很咸了
  • 8.煮好的笋捞出,青椒切不规则的片
  • 9.锅中放一点点油炒香姜蒜末后放入腊肉片翻炒至变色
  • 10.倒入笋片
  • 11.翻炒均匀后加一点开水,小火煮3分钟左右
  • 12.水收干后放入青椒
  • 13.加适量的盐
  • 14.翻炒均匀即
