炸云吞
小小的、可以一口一个的云吞,馅料可以各种各样,多数是以开水灼熟,然后加入面和汤成为云吞面;或者只吃净云吞。我觉得炸的金黄香脆的云吞,也挺好吃。虽然我不常吃油炸的食品吧,偶尔想吃了还是会自己在家做一点。

  • 胡萝卜20克
  • 小葱几根
  • 白胡椒粉少许
  • 酱油1汤匙
  • 蚝油半汤匙

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.香菇提前泡发
  • 3.香菇、胡萝卜剁成末、葱切末加入到肉馅中
  • 4.香菇、胡萝卜剁成末、葱切末加入到肉馅中
  • 5.取一张馄饨皮平放于掌心,用筷子夹取适量的肉馅放在馄饨皮中间
  • 6.对角折再往前折一次,两边对角转回来捏紧
  • 7.做好是这样子的,当然形状是随便自己喜欢了
  • 8.下油锅炸至金黄
  • 9.捞出沥油即可
