拔丝苹果
拔丝苹果是一道非常好吃的甜品菜,平常作为零食或者来客作为宴客菜都是非常不错的,拔丝菜得关键就是熬糖的火候,时间短了拔不了丝,长了会有苦味,我的诀窍就是开非常小的火,看着全部是白泡泡变成小泡泡了,颜色微微发黄,很粘稠时下入苹果,这个时候能拔出长长的丝,而且甜甜的非常好吃。

  • 白糖50克
  • 15克
  • 鸡蛋一个

Steps to make 拔丝苹果

  • 1.准备好原材料
  • 2.分离出鸡蛋清,蛋黄不要,鸡蛋清里加入适量淀粉,调成糊
  • 3.苹果洗净去皮,切成小块
  • 4.苹果均匀拍上一层面粉
  • 5.放入蛋清糊里挂糊
  • 6.油烧到六成热
  • 7.放入苹果块炸至金黄出锅待用
  • 8.锅里加入白糖和水,小火熬糖
  • 9.熬至大泡变成小泡,颜色发黄,铲起来很粘稠关火(我拍的照片稍微早一点,因为来不及怕熬糊)
  • 10.倒入炸好的苹果,加入芝麻,迅速翻匀
  • 11.盛入事先抹好油的盘子里
