在网上看到坨坨妈的一道蒸蛋糕,少油、清爽,正好符合我家闺女的口味,既补充能量又健康,可以作为小零食,就尝试着做了,不过我学的没到位,做好的蛋糕口感不是很细腻,不知是我减少了糖粉量的原因还是~~(@_@;)

  • 糖粉40g
  • 鸡蛋2个

Steps to make 蒸蛋糕

  • 1.称量准备好材料。
  • 2.全蛋打在碗里。
  • 3.电动打蛋器低速打至蛋液大泡(鱼眼泡)。
  • 4.加入全部的糖粉。
  • 5.转用高速不停地打发,直到蛋糊的纹路不会马上消失即可。
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀以上下翻拌的方式混合均匀。
  • 8.放入模具中(我没找到合适的蛋糕模,就用了蛋挞杯),锅中加水,烧开后放入蛋挞杯。盖上锅盖,大火蒸8分钟就OK了。
  • 9.这款蛋糕是无油版,吃起来清爽不腻,不过追求口感的可以做成有油版。
