  • 5.糖成微黄色时。
  • 6.下入鸡块和姜片。
  • 7.翻炒上色。
  • 8.加入鸡公煲酱料。
  • 9.翻炒均匀,加入半罐啤酒。
  • 10.加入米椒,盖上锅盖,焖炖半个小时,加盐调味。
  • 11.收干汤汁,即可出锅装盘,加入葱段装饰一下。
