  • 1.提前准备好所需材料。
  • 2.油锅烧至七成熟,倒入玉米油,煸炒香生姜片,陈皮,香叶,冰糖。
  • 3.倒入牛腩大火煸炒,调入生抽提鲜。
  • 4.倒入啤酒,加入适量水,高压锅炖25分钟。
  • 5.另取不粘锅,加热至六成熟,倒入玉米油,大火煸炒西红柿至6成熟。
  • 6.倒入牛腩汤与西红柿混合,加入少许盐,大火炖3分钟。
  • 7.加入腐竹,大火炖8分钟即可。
  • 8.盛入碗中,成品图。
